Increasing developments in technology means that we are able to offer wide ranging security protection and services over any distance through a central location. 

Our state-of-the-art Securitas Operations Centre (SOC), allows us to intelligently monitor tens of thousands of system signals and then remotely despatch a mobile response or escalate to the customer or police as required.

This means all of your systems, and any subsequent responses, can be handled and managed by our team of highly trained operators from one central hub 24/7.

In addition to our Alarm Receiving Centre, built to the new European NSI standards and the first to be accredited in the UK, our SOC also hosts our Remote Video Surveillance capability, remote access control and operations support, as well as managing incoming communications and liaison with our despatch teams. 

We also use our Securitas tailor-made Customer Contact Centre software to provide in-hours or out-of-hours support for both FM helpdesk services and incident management handling, depending upon your requirements.

Our intelligent and dynamic call handling system presents the call to our operators and enables us to initiate and monitor all work orders in addition to excellent reporting, providing significant business intelligence.
