Diversity and inclusion has always been at the heart of Securitas. We always want our colleagues to feel that they can be themselves both at work and at home and are committed to helping them be at their best; Our strong values are embedded in our day-to-day working practices. We regularly check to see how we are doing through our annual ED&I survey which gives us a unique insight into the progress we are making. Additionally, we’re continuously developing policies and tools to ensure our people are included and treated equally.
Our networks
We’ve created four employee networks: It's the people we work with and meet each day that make our lives interesting. Whether we’re based at home or at work we know how important it is to network and feel a part of the bigger picture. That’s why colleagues in Securitas come together in our four network groups where people can chat, share experiences, find out how others manage their careers, and meet people in different areas of the business. Each network plays an active role in our development as a company by helping us identify our blind spots and creating a safe place for people in need of support.
