    Weโ€™re expanding our Technical Design Team in the Northwest and are on the lookout for a driven, skilled, and visionary Technical Manager to lead from the front. You'll collaborate with an elite team of Account Managers, Project Managers, and fellow Technical Managersโ€”all united in protecting what matters most. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

    ๐ŸŒŸ Your Role: What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

    As a Technical Manager, youโ€™ll be the subject matter expert for electronic security systems on a major national account. Youโ€™ll drive innovation, design advanced solutions, and guide clients through every stepโ€”from idea to implementation.

    Your key responsibilities include:
    ๐Ÿ”ง Leading the technical design and sales process for security solutions
    ๐Ÿ“Š Conducting gap analyses, technical site surveys, and risk/threat evaluations
    ๐Ÿ’ก Designing enterprise-level systems that align with Unified Technology Standards
    ๐Ÿค Partnering with Account Managers to deliver client-focused enhancements
    ๐Ÿ“ˆ Producing proposals, cost models, and engaging presentations
    ๐Ÿ”— Liaising with the PMO to ensure seamless delivery
    ๐ŸŽ“ Mentoring colleagues to elevate in-house expertise
    ๐Ÿ’ฌ Building strong relationships to elevate the electronic security profile

    Qualifications

    ๐Ÿง  What You Bring: Candidate Profile

    โœ”๏ธ Extensive experience in the security systems integration industry
    โœ”๏ธ Solid technical background, ideally with hands-on engineering experience
    โœ”๏ธ Knowledge across Access Control, CCTV, Perimeter Detection, Intruder Systems, and Control Room solutions
    โœ”๏ธ Strong commercial awareness, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
    โœ”๏ธ A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team
    โœ”๏ธ Confident presenting technical solutions and guiding clients
    โœ”๏ธ SC Clearance is a plus (not essential)

    โœ… Requirements

    ๐Ÿ“Œ 5-year checkable work history
    ๐Ÿ“Œ UK National (for SC clearance purposes)
    ๐Ÿ“Œ Valid UK driving licence
    ๐Ÿ“Œ Ability to self-manage, deliver under pressure, and meet deadlines
    ๐Ÿ“Œ Proven experience working with high-security, enterprise-level systems
    ๐Ÿ“Œ Willingness to learn and expand your technical skillset
    ๐Ÿ“Œ Experience in CNI or similar high-stakes environments
