Key Details:
- Hours: Average of 42 hours per week🕒
- Salary: £13.80 per hour💰
- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off includes days, nights and weekends.
- Location: Cheltenham
- Must be British National to be able to achieve UKSV SC Security Clearance with no restrictions
- SIA Licence essential

Job Description
- Manage access control to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular internal and external patrols to identify and deter security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems to observe and respond to any suspicious activities.
- Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house presence, assisting visitors and staff as required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, access logs, and patrol activities.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to uphold the highest standards of safety.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- A smart and professional appearance, reflecting the values of the organisation.
- Experience in a security role, preferably in a gatehouse or similar environment.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid SIA Licence.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year check able employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance.
- Emergency First Aid at Work as a minimum
- Physically fit as lengthy external perimeter patrols
- UK National as BPSS and SC will be required.
- 5 Years Security Experience.
