🚨 Position: Smart Agile Mobile Security Office
💸 Pay Rate: £20.08 per hour.
🕒 Shift: Mon-Fri- 10:00-18:00
📍 Location: Northampton, NN4 7SG
Job Description
Maintain a proactive approach to all security-related issues, utilising local knowledge and experience.
Respond promptly to identified threats, incidents, or when colleague well-being support is needed.
Duties and Incident Management:
Perform additional duties beyond the daily tasks of a Security Officer.
Use Body Worn Cameras to gather incident evidence as directed by the JOC.
Execute tasks allocated by the JOC with diligence and efficiency.
Professional Presence:
Ensure a reliable and smart appearance, remaining alert and visible to maintain a strong security presence at all times.
Additional Tasks:
Fulfil any other duties as directed by the Barclays man guarding lead.
Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
Qualifications
- SIA - DS - Door supervisor licence is required
- Corporate Security Experience
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- Willing to progress and learn, Punctual & Excellent Timekeeping
