Job Description
π‘οΈ Job Title: Part-Time Security Receptionist
π Location: KT3 4LH
β° Contracted Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM β 1:00 PM
π· Pay Rate: Β£15.25 per hour
π About the Role:
Weβre looking for a professional and reliable Part-Time Security Receptionist to join our team! This front-of-house role blends reception duties with a strong security presence, ensuring both a warm welcome and a safe environment.
π Key Responsibilities:
π Greet and register visitors and contractors
π Control access to the premises and issue visitor passes
π₯ Monitor security systems, including CCTV and access control
π¨ Respond to incidents and emergencies
π Maintain accurate logs and records
π€ Liaise with site management and emergency services
π Conduct regular security checks and uphold health & safety protocols
Qualifications
β Requirements:
π¬π§ Must be a British citizen or have held a British passport for at least 5 years (for security clearance)
π« Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
π 5 years of checkable work history
π£οΈ Strong communication and customer service skills
π High attention to detail and calm under pressure
πΌ Previous experience in security or reception is a plus
