Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for process, precision, and people? Or perhaps you are looking for the next big move in your career? Securitas, a global leader in protective services, is looking for an enthusiastic Invoicing & Credit Control Controller to join our UK Finance team.
Ensure efficient invoicing, effective credit control, and accurate client data management to support Securitas’ financial performance and business development across the UK.
Job Description
Timely collection of debtor balances to support strong cash flow.
Assist with monthly invoicing to ensure accuracy and avoid revenue leakage.
Manage and maintain client data for new, existing, and terminated accounts.
Conduct credit checks, review account limits, and manage accounts on hold.
Work with internal teams to resolve client queries and disputes.
Support financial reporting through data accuracy and timely updates.
Qualifications
What you might bring?
Experience in financial transaction processing and analysis.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel a must).
Organised and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
Resilient, tenacious, and committed to delivering results.
Desirable
Working towards a relevant finance qualification. (If not, don't worry! We offer amazing L&D possibilities across all functions of the business)
Experience with SAP or Navision.
Valid UK driving licence.
