Job Description
- Travel between various client sites as required.
- Manage vehicle bookings, ensuring accurate records of access and egress.
- Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients and visitors.
- Conduct regular security patrols to maintain site safety and integrity.
- Monitor and control access, following established entry and exit procedures.
- Carry out searches of individuals and vehicles in line with site protocols.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate client-specific computer systems for day-to-day security functions.
- Accurately complete security logs, reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
Job Essential:
- SIA Licence & DS Licence
- Must have experience in Front of House/Reception duties
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Must be flexible and reliable
- Willingness to travel
- Must provide a five-year checkable employment history or supporting documents for any gaps
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Well-presented and professional in appearance
- Confident using computers and office-based applications
