STARS are the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises.

Job Description
The STARS Operations Support will be responsible for supporting the STARS Deputy Manager in leading and motivating the team of STARS nationally to deliver excellent levels of service to the client. This will be achieved by ensuring that all employees are correctly recruited, trained, and supported to provide excellent service to STARS customers. You will be be supporting the STARS Deputy Manager to monitor and be responsible for the administration for the STARS team, including ensuring accuracy of all operational data, reporting, auditing, correct storage of documents, time management and taking meeting notes. The STARS Operations Support will be responsible for building both internal and external stakeholder relationships and conducting site visits to ensure standards are being met.

- 40 Hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working, home/ site visits 2 days per week (minimum)
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle
- Travel expenses paid
- £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
