Job Description
🌍What you'll do:
- Safeguard our client's site, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors
- Working in a Gatehouse role
- Conduct internal and external foot patrols, oversee access control, and keep a watchful eye for anything suspicious
- Liaise with emergency services if required
- Provide excellent customer service, guidance, and support while maintaining top-notch security
- Take charge in any challenging situations until external support arrives
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld, record and report hazards promptly
Qualifications
- A valid SIA Licence
- First Aid at work qualifications
- Ability to travel to site within 45 minutes
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history (enhanced screening required)
- Strong vigilance and excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- A reliable team player, able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Experience working rotating shifts, including day, night, and weekend schedules
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- IT Skills
