🚨 Position: Mobile Smart Guard (Nights)
📍 Location: Covering Manchester, Warrington, Stoke – Base: OL9 8DE
🕒 Hours: 4 on 4 off (nights), averaging 42 hours per week
💷 Pay Rate: £13.31 per hour
🚗 Transport: Full UK driving licence required – this is a mobile role
🔐 About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a reliable, proactive Mobile Smart Guard to provide security cover across multiple locations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy the challenge of working across various sites, this opportunity is ideal for you.
✅ Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Must be flexible and able to commit to full-time, rotational night shifts
- Not suitable for students – full availability is essential

Job Description
Job Opportunity
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorised activities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents and observations, including completing necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Enforce access control policies by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points
- Conduct thorough searches of individuals and vehicles entering the premises, following established protocols and procedures
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals and property✨

Qualifications
Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/good transport links,
- RTW in the UK & 5-year checkable history
- Good customer service and written/verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Flexible to workdays, nights and weekends
