Corporate Security Officer

Job Description

• Safeguard sensitive information to protect intellectual property
• Secure the site through daily checks, access control, and surveillance
• Conduct searches of personnel, vehicles, and visitors as required
• Monitor alarm systems and CCTV to detect and respond to risks
• Patrol internal and external areas to ensure ongoing safety
• Act promptly in emergencies to manage incidents effectively
• Assist in the safe movement of aircraft by preventing traffic blockages
• Escort contractors and vehicles within restricted areas
• Perform ad hoc drug and alcohol testing to maintain a safe environment
• Deliver exceptional service while ensuring client expectations are met
• Support incident reporting and investigation where required
• Promote a safety-first culture across the site
• Work collaboratively with site staff and emergency responders
• Uphold site compliance standards at all times
• Optionally, provide Intermediate Emergency Care (IEC) and receive additional pay

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• SIA Licence: Valid Security Industry Authority licence
• Driving Licence: Full valid UK manual driving licence (site subject to road laws).
• Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance
