    Are you an experienced security professional with a passion for driving team performance and ensuring high standards of compliance? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to lead our team in Melton Mowbray.

    As the Shift Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all security personnel and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift, while working in a prestige site and local based clients on a daily basis, fulfilling the role with security officers and site security Manager.  By embodying Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, you'll serve as a central point of contact for service delivery, performance measurement, and reporting, strengthening the relationship between our client and Securitas.

    Position Details:

    • 💰 Pay: £13.21 per hour 
    • ⏰ Weekly Hours: 50 hours Monday to Friday  - 0700 - 1700.
    • 📜 Qualifications: Must have SIA License
    • 🚗 Transportation: Access to a vehicle or good transport links

    Qualifications

    Essential

    • Must have the right to work in the UK.
    • Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
    • The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
    • Current SIA licence
    • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Interpersonal skills to negotiate and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
    • Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities.
    • Good communication skills,  verbal and written
    • Decision making and holding accountability
    • Able to identify risks. 

    Additional Information

    • Additional qualifications in Health and Safety, Customer Service, and First Aid are advantageous.
    • Team player, confident and able to attend corporate meetings when required with local client, in the absence of Site Security Manager.
    • Work with the team and officers ensuring the roles are completed in line with expectations.
