We’re hiring a Part Time Receptionist
📍 Location: Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX
💰 Pay: £12.21 per hour
📅 Hours: 20 hours per week - 08:00 to 12:00
In addition - for 5 weeks in the year you will need to be available to work full-time to cover the Building Manager during their annual leave. We will also need you to commit to supporting 2 large annual events which can run into the evening (you will be paid overtime).

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional professional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements.
- Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, catering and refreshment needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
- Visit supermarkets and outlets when required.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Building Manager.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- Full UK Driving license (issued prior to 1997 and/or have Category D1 listed)
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Impeccable communication skills in English—proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in Front of House and Reception duties.
- Confident in driving an 8-seater minibus (you will be required to visit supermarkets, outlets and other, as requested by the building Manager).
