    We’re Hiring: Security Officer

    📍 Location: Heathrow Corporate Park, Green Lane, Heathrow TW4 6JG
    💰 Pay: £14.35 per hour
    📅 Hours: 12 hours shift, 42hrs per week, 4 on 4 off days, nights and weekends

    Data Centre Security Officer – Key Requirements

    • ✅ Experience in Data Centre Security
      Proven background in securing high-value, mission-critical environments.
    • 🚗 Driving Licence
      Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
    • 📍 Location Flexibility
      Must live close to the site or have reliable transport due to early shift starts (as early as 6:00 AM), including weekends.
    • 🛡️ SIA Licence
      Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence is essential.
    • 🔁 Shift Availability
      Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and early mornings.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

    • Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
    • Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
    • Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
    • Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
    • Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

    • A valid SIA licence.
    • Experience in Data Centre Security
      Proven background in securing high-value, mission-critical environments.
    • Driving Licence
      Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
    • Location Flexibility
      Must live close to the site or have reliable transport due to early shift starts (as early as 6:00 AM), including weekends.
    • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
    • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
    • British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
    • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
