    📍 Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid
    💰 Pay: £24,570
    📅 Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, FTC.

    We are on the look out for a dedicated and passionate Candidate Experience Support.

    As a Candidate Experience Support, you will be a vital part of our, collaborative and lively Talent experience function, providing seamless administrative and operational support to our Regional Recruitment Resourcers.

    You will be the organisational heartbeat of our Talent Acquisition Team – managing the end-to-end coordination of onboarding, candidate feedback, touch bases – Keeping our ATS (recruitment system) clean, concise and accurate. Your primary goal, keep our candidates informed and valued individually at each stage of our recruitment journey.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Recruitment Resourcers and Specialists in delivering a truly candidate-first experience.
    • Manage shared inboxes, onboarding activities, issuing offers, and any other administrative tasks assigned by the Recruitment Leadership Team.
    • Coordinate interview bookings, process candidate feedback, and manage recruitment documentation as required.
    • Verify Right to Work documents submitted by Hiring Managers, trigger the onboarding process, and maintain regular contact with candidates to keep them engaged and ready to start between onboarding and screening phases.
    • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Handle queries via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone, providing timely and professional responses.
    • Champion the employer brand by ensuring every candidate interaction is positive and consistent.
    • Promote fair, inclusive, and diverse recruitment practices at every stage of the process.
    • Bring with you, innovation, blue sky thinking and a desire to succeed.

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and adaptability with new systems.
    • Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven customer service experience with a focus on quality.
    • Previous inbox management experience.
