Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Mobile Patrols & Services: Conduct locks/unlocks, internal/external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property checks, and escort duties.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude with clients, staff, and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from Team Leaders and work effectively with team members.
- Uniform & ID: Wear full uniform with visible SIA licence and security ID at all times.
- Vehicle Management: Perform vehicle checks and handovers; ensure vehicle and equipment security.
- Safe Driving: Drive responsibly, following the Highway Code and company standards.
- Key Handling: Follow correct procedures for managing and securing keys.
- Site Assignments: Adhere to site instructions and conduct dynamic risk assessments.
- Incident Management: Escalate incidents, break-ins, health & safety issues, and RTAs appropriately.
- Reporting: Use GRS/SMP systems accurately, including photo documentation where needed.
- Compliance: Follow SOP13, SOP18, driver’s handbook, and driver agreement.
- Flexibility: Support other districts and branches when required.
- Asset Protection: Secure company assets (e.g., PDAs) and ensure dashcams are operational.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
