Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and client service? We’re looking for a Branch Operations Manager to lead our service delivery, providing outstanding client experience, whilst maximising overall drive and performance across a portfolio of clients within a given branch geography.
Spanning a 2hr 30min radius from your base of Birmingham, we’re looking for a Branch Operations Manager with robust management and leadership capabilities to help us reset, refocus, and re-energise our branch operations in our Birmingham branch. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting the basics right—driving renewed process improvement and embedding operational excellence at every level.
Accountable and commercially astute, you’ll understand the power of well-defined processes in delivering outstanding service and upskilling our people. Your ability to engage, inspire, and empower your workforce will be key to creating a high-performing, client-focused culture that thrives on continuous improvement and shared success

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Branch Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead the delivery of protective services across a defined client portfolio, ensuring all contractual obligations are met with excellence.
 - Financial Accountability: Jointly own the branch P&L with the Protective Services Development Manager, ensuring margin targets are met or exceeded.
 - Service Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery through proactive planning, continuous improvement, and alignment with client SLAs and KPIs.
 - Workforce Planning: Ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, and training of officers and employees to meet operational demands.
 - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, attending KPI/SLA meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
 - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse branch KPIs across people, safety, operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
 - Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of recognition, development, and high engagement, promoting the company’s core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
 - Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent within the branch to ensure long-term capability and service continuity.
 - Process Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement mindset, using data and business intelligence to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
 - Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all policies, procedures, and training are adhered to.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with the Protective Services Development Manager and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery and internal alignment.
 - Strategic Contribution: Support the achievement of broader business goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution at the branch level.

 - Right to Work in the UK + 5 year checkable work history.
