As a Sales Administrator you’ll be the friendly first voice our clients hear, setting the tone for their experience with Securitas Technology. You’ll build lasting relationships, ensuring our customers feel valued while supporting wider business development activities with both new and existing clients.
The Sales Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Alongside your people skills, you’ll use your organisational ability to manage data, processes, and admin with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Helping Securitas Technology to develop business opportunities with new clients and retain existing clients through:
- Handling inbound sales calls and passing enquiries to the appropriate sales teams.
- Responding to web leads quickly and assigning them to the correct salesperson.
- Making proactive client retention calls ahead of contract renewals.
- Contacting clients who intend to cancel to explore opportunities to retain their business.
- Following up on leads generated from events and exhibitions to maximise ROI.
- Preparing small system and signalling upgrade quotations and following up regularly.
- Updating and managing leads, accounts, and opportunities daily in the CEP system.
- Monitoring sales and general inboxes, responding to queries, and directing requests appropriately.
- Assisting with client onboarding questionnaires alongside the Bid Executive.
- Supporting sales teams with ordering marketing materials and processing signed contracts through to Sales Orders.

Qualifications
What you will need:
- Experience in a sales administration or similar customer-focused role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across all channels.
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- A client-centric approach with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of electronic security is desirable, but full training on our solutions will be provided.
What’s required:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- A team-focused attitude, self-motivation, and the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
