    We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to be the welcoming face of our organisation. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will provide exceptional front-of-house service, ensuring all staff and visitor enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. You’ll maintain a polished and professional appearance, manage meeting room bookings, and deliver a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits our site✨

    Your responsibilities as a Front of House Receptionist will include answering calls in line with company guidelines, managing incoming and outgoing post, and administering security clearance paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail. You’ll also support the Site Manager and client with additional tasks as required, while demonstrating our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.     Job Description

    Responsibilities

    You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively 
    • Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements
    • Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
    • Flexible and helpful 
    • Administer Security Clearance paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently 
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

    Qualifications

    What we’re looking for:

    • Outstanding verbal, written and telephone communication skills
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable or building rapport with customers and colleagues
    • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
    • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
