📍 Location: Remote (with travel to sites covering the Midlands)
💰 Pay: £35,000 - £37,500 DOE plus £5,400 car allowance
📅 Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll do more than support operations—you’ll elevate service, protect people, and strengthen trust. This is your opportunity to step into a role where leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence come together every day.
In this position as a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee site security operations, conduct investigations and disciplinaries, carry out site security reviews, and work closely with our client to maintain exceptional service standards.

Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Managing staffing levels to meet contractual service levels.
- Ensuring officers are correctly licensed, trained, and site‑ready.
- Acting as Duty Manager for assigned weeks and providing on‑call support (05:00–23:00).
- Undertaking investigations, disciplinaries, welfare meetings and PDPs.
- Conducting site, customer, and compliance audits.
- Working closely with the client to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensuring service quality, standards, and expectations are consistently met.
- Supporting retention through exceptional delivery and engagement.
- Carrying out site security reviews and risk assessments.
- Maintaining accurate incident reporting and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.
- Leading and developing a team of officers and supervisors.
- Driving engagement, recognition, communication, and team cohesion.
- Supporting succession planning and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
Essential:
- Valid SIA licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Full clean driving licence
- Flexibility to work days/nights/weekends to visit officers monthly
- Managerial or supervisory experience
- Ability to carry out investigations and disciplinaries
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good standard of IT skills, experience with Microsoft applications
- Strong organisational capability
- Strong customer service skills
- People‑focused mindset
Desirable:
- Previous security or portfolio management experience
- IOSH training/experience
- Risk management background
