🕒 Hours: 56‑hour contract — Monday to Saturday, 6 on / 1 off

Key Aspects of the Role- Purpose
As a Smart Agile Mobile Officer, you will provide smart and agile security service at the designated location in line with the company’s values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. In the role of Smart Agile Mobile Officer, you will ensure excellence in customer service, safety, security, access control and vehicle control. As a dedicated Smart Agile Mobile Officer, you will act as an ambassador for the company, maintain the site’s frontline business brand, and contribute to maintaining excellent operational standards.

Job Description
Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Responsibilities
- Protective Security
- Maintain a customer‑focused approach in all security‑related issues, utilising local knowledge.
- Record information about threats, hazards, or other conditions when working in the area.
- Duties in the Posted Environment
- Patrol assigned areas as directed by the daily tasks of a Security Officer.
- Ensure incidents are handled in accordance with site instructions and the Incident Management Plan.
- Initiate evacuation calls to the SOC with diligence and efficiency.
- Protective Services Administration
- Ensure a reliable and consistent appearance, working smart and visible to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of activity.
- Additional Tasks
- Follow any other duties as directed by the Security Manager or guarding lead.
- Follow processes and procedures required to maintain the company certification (e.g., values of Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness).
- Control access, patrol areas, and respond appropriately to CCTV/PTZ systems when required.
- Deliver services in a secure and safe manner to meet the company's expectations.
