📅 Hours: 60 Hrs, Monday-Friday days 0700-1900

As a site supervisor, I am responsible for delivering excellent customer service to visitors and staff while supporting a secure, compliant, and safe working environment. My duties include monitoring site activity, identifying risks, and escalating any issues promptly, as well as managing access control processes, visitor management, contractor sign‑in, and ID verification. I carry out internal and external patrols, inspections, and thorough incident reporting, alongside supporting CCTV monitoring, alarm response, and general security operations. As a site supervisor, I ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with company procedures, liaise with emergency services when necessary, and maintain complete confidentiality in accordance with organisational policies. Contributing to overall site integrity is a core function of my role, ensuring all activities meet required standards and guidelines while upholding the high expectations placed on a site supervisor.
Note, this role requires you to have the following:
- Must hold a valid SIA qualification (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
- Ability to pass full vetting and screening, including employment verification and a complete 5‑year checkable history.
- The right to work in the UK, with a fully checkable 5‑year history.
