Explore your purpose. To See a Different World!
Join our Global Physical Security team and play a pivotal role in protecting our people, facilities, and assets worldwide. Operating across a truly global footprint, our team safeguards critical infrastructure through best‑in‑class physical security technologies and round‑the‑clock operational excellence.
As a Security Systems Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our enterprise security operations—supporting and maintaining access control, video surveillance, and associated infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and reliability. Acting as the central point of coordination, the Security Systems Analyst owns service requests end‑to‑end, from intake through resolution, applying advanced troubleshooting skills and coordinating field response when required.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact opportunity for a Security Systems Analyst who thrives on problem‑solving, real‑time decision‑making, and service ownership. You’ll combine technical expertise with analytical thinking and a strong customer focus, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while consistently delivering a high standard of service.
Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all physical security system service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Perform advanced triage, diagnostics, and root cause analysis across enterprise security platforms.
- Deliver remote troubleshooting and resolution, reducing the need for onsite dispatch where possible.
- Assess incident severity and business impact, prioritising work in line with SLAs.
- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians, ensuring correct scope, parts, and information are provided.
- Own incidents end‑to‑end, including stakeholder updates, follow‑ups, and resolution validation.
- Monitor system health, alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve complex or recurring issues.
- Identify trends and recurring problems, recommending process or system improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and support team efficiency and first‑contact resolution.
Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. If you meet the minimum requirements and believe you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks analytically, and thrives under pressure. Ideally, you’ll have:
Essential:

- Hands‑on experience with physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms).
- Proven incident management, triage, and issue resolution experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network‑connected systems.
- Experience using ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, APEC).
- Ability to manage multiple incidents with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability through to resolution.
- Ability to embody the core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week on site. Flexibility is required, as the position includes some on‑call responsibilities.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale, multi‑site or campus environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management).
- Experience coordinating or dispatching field service teams.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, device communication).
