🚨 Security Officer – Rochester 🚨
📍 Location: Rochester, Kent - ME1 2XX

💰 £14.56 per hour | 🕒 50 hours per week (07:00 – 17:00)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Officer to join a professional team on a secure, high-profile site.

This role offers consistent weekday hours, a strong rate of pay, and long-term stability, working within an environment where standards, reliability and sound judgement are essential.

🔒 Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for maintaining a safe, secure and properly controlled site
• Carry out regular patrols and maintain a high level of awareness at all times
• Control access and deal with staff and visitors in a professional manner
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively, using sound judgement
• Act as a dependable and trusted presence on site

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Valid SIA licence (essential)
• Previous experience within the security sector
• Ability to obtain SC (Security Clearance)
• 5-year checkable work history
• Must be either a British citizen by birth or have held a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, professional and able to take ownership of responsibilities
