Security Site Manager
Towcester, Northamptonshire
- ยฃ18.00 per hour
- 42 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm

Securitas is seeking an experienced Security Site Manager to lead security operations at a prestigious national defence contractor facility in Towcester.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for the day to day management of site security operations, client relationships, team performance, compliance and service delivery.
As the senior site lead, you will take ownership of operational issues and provide out of hours support for incidents, emergencies and escalations when required. This role carries a high level of accountability and requires flexibility, resilience and strong decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, developing and supporting a professional security team
- Managing day to day security operations and service delivery
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with security, health and safety, and site procedures
- Managing recruitment, training and performance
- Conducting investigations, audits and risk assessments
- Delivering operational reporting and driving continuous improvement
- Providing out of hours management support for incidents and operational escalations
Qualifications
About You
We're looking for an experienced and confident leader who can build strong client relationships, lead high performing teams and deliver security operations within a demanding, high security environment.
- Proven experience in a security management or site leadership role
- Valid SIA Licence
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working within a high security, defence, critical infrastructure or regulated environment
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and operational performance
- Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Ability to remain calm, professional and decisive under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Minimum 5 year checkable employment history

Security Clearance Requirement
Due to the nature of the site and the security clearance requirements associated with the role, applicants must:
- Be a British Citizen
- Have held a British passport for a minimum of five years
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain the level of security clearance required for the position
