    💰 Pay: £28,000 

    🕒 Working Hours: Friday - Tuesday (1pm-10pm)

    As part of our growing Workforce Management function, we’re looking for Scheduling Administrators to help keep our operations running smoothly day to day.     As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything on track, ensuring shifts are filled, schedules are accurate, and our people are where they need to be. 

    Working closely with the wider WFM team, you’ll balance business needs, client requirements, and employee availability to support seamless service delivery. From managing last-minute changes to maintaining accurate data, your work will help ensure we deliver consistently high standards across the business on all our sites.

    Job Description

    What you’ll be doing: 

    • Accurately schedule and roster employees, ensuring full coverage across sites at all times 
    • Respond quickly to absences, changes, and last-minute requests, keeping operations running smoothly 
    • Act as a first point of contact for workforce queries, providing support to employees and stakeholders 
    • Maintain accurate records within the WFM system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable 
    • Support the management of on-call and escalation processes to resolve scheduling issues 
    • Help ensure all personnel are correctly trained and compliant with licensing requirements 
    • Monitor and improve rostering accuracy, helping reduce payroll queries and errors 
    • Proactively identify gaps in coverage and support solutions to address them 
    • Assist with temp and ad-hoc work allocation, ensuring client needs are met efficiently 
    • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data input and query resolution 
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure alignment across operations 
    • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and high standards

    Qualifications

    What you’ll bring: 

    • Good IT skills and experience working with systems or the ability to learn new ways of working at pace (WFM experience a plus)  
    • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities  
    • A proactive and flexible approach  
    • The confidence to manage competing priorities 
    • Ability to utilise MS Packages, Outlook, etc. 
    • 5-year Checkable Employment history with no gaps or the ability to cover any gaps in employment. 
    • Right to Work in the UK.
