Job Description
Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Reading
๐ท Pay & Hours
๐ท ยฃ18.83 per hour
โฐ 40 hours per week
๐ Monday to Friday
๐ Days Only
๐ Full Time Permanent
๐ก๏ธ The Role
๐ฅ Lead and support a team of Security Officers
๐จ Manage incidents and emergency responses
๐ถ Conduct patrols and compliance checks
๐ฅ๏ธ Monitor CCTV and access control
๐ Complete reports and documentation
๐ค Liaise with site management and emergency services
Qualifications
โ What You Need
๐ซ Valid SIA Licence
โญ Previous security supervisory experience
๐ฌ Strong leadership and communication skills
๐ป Good IT and report writing skills
๐ Flexibility to work days and nights
๐ Eligible for SC Clearance
๐ฌ๐ง British citizen
๐ 5 year checkable work history
