Job Description
Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Rochester.
π· Pay & Hours
π· Β£16.24 per hour
β° 56 hours per week
π 7 on / 3 off, 7 on / 4 off rotation
π Days and π Nights
π Full Time Permanent
π‘οΈ The Role
π₯ Lead and support a team of Security Officers
π¨ Manage incidents and emergency responses
πΆ Conduct patrols and compliance checks
π₯οΈ Monitor CCTV and access control
π Complete reports and documentation
π€ Liaise with site management and emergency services
Qualifications
β What You Need
π« Valid SIA Licence
β Previous security supervisory experience
π¬ Strong leadership and communication skills
π» Good IT and report writing skills
π Flexibility to work days and nights
π Eligible for SC Clearance
π¬π§ British citizen
π 5 year checkable work history
