    What to expect from your security system installation

    Once you have approved our electronic security proposal, your order will be processed and passed to our dedicated installations team to agree a suitable date and time for your security system installation to take place.

    For larger projects, you will be assigned an experienced Project Manager, who will work with you to create a personalised implementation plan and keep you fully updated throughout the installation process.

    On the day of your installation, our engineers will attend your premises to carry out the security installation, engaging with key stakeholders on site to ensure minimal disruption to employees, customers and visitors. The time to install and commission your systems will vary depending on the size of the system, labour required and complexity of integration.

    We offer several types of security system installation:

    Handing over the system to you

    With your system now fully installed, tested and commissioned, you’ll be given full a demonstration on how to use it. Our engineers will be on hand to answer any questions and make sure daily users of the system are comfortable with its operation and understand how to contact us for further support.
