Every year, the Top Employers Institute benchmarks organisations around the world against a HR Best Practices Survey, assessing excellence across areas such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, Diversity, and Equity & Inclusion. Certification is awarded only to organisations that meet or exceed the Institute’s global standard – which becomes more demanding each year.
This year, we achieved our highest-ever score, reflecting the significant progress we continue to make in our people strategy, colleague experience and leadership development. Our overall score of 91.25% demonstrates significant year on year advancement, with our standout strengths highlighted as employee listening and talent acquisition.

Over the past 12 months, we’ve invested in several priority areas to strengthen the colleague experience and develop our people practices even further.

Manager capability and leadership development
We’ve continued to build stronger leadership by setting clearer expectations for managers, providing practical toolkits, and enhancing coaching support. This has helped strengthen day‑to‑day leadership, communication, and colleague wellbeing. -
Hiring and onboarding
We’ve streamlined our recruitment process to be more efficient, transparent and candidate‑friendly. This means we can bring great people into the business quickly, while ensuring they feel supported and have the opportunities to progress. -
Learning and skills
We’ve expanded digital learning access and introduced more structured development pathways and on-the-job learning – particularly for our frontline roles and emerging leaders. -
Inclusion and wellbeing
Creating an inclusive environment where every colleague feels safe, respected, and able to perform at their best remains one of our core commitments. Over the last year, we’ve continued to strengthen our wellbeing resources and foster a culture where everyone can bring their whole self to work.
