The Top Employers Institute programme survey covers six key aspects of HR. The array of topics examined includes People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion. This year we made considerable gains in our scores for Diversity & Inclusion, a reflection of the fact that in 2021 we launched four diversity and inclusiveness networks for Disability, Women, Race and LGBTQ+ respectively. Each network creates a safe place for its members to share experiences and get support and provides valuable insight and information to the wider company.
