Key Details:
- Hours: 56 hours a week 🕒
- Salary: £12.60 💰
- Transport: Driving licence with own vehicle or accessible transport links🚗

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. With high footfall, frequent events, and a diverse range of visitors, it's ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and people-focused work🌟
You'll be part of a large, collaborative team, contributing to a supportive and communicative environment. The position offers First Aid and CCTV training, reflecting a strong commitment to professional development and career progression in the security field🛡️

Job Description
- Controlling access and egress
- Deliver a high level of customer service to both customers and store management
- Ensure a safe and secure workplace for all staff
- Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment through regular patrols of the shop floor, back areas and changing rooms
- Responding to incidents, including first aid situations
- Patrolling the building
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Managing interactions with contractors
Qualifications
- SIA licence
- Driving licence with own vehicle or accessible transport links
- Flexible and adaptable
- Smart and presentable
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with members of the public, clients, contractors, and colleagues
- Confidence in dealing with incidents and managing situations in a calm and professional manner
- A strong team ethic, with the ability to work well as part of a team
- Adaptability to respond effectively in a busy and dynamic retail environment
- A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves regular foot patrols and can be physically demanding at times
- Willingness to undertake training in First Aid and CCTV operations, if not already qualified
