We carefully select our STARS for their presentability, communication skills, and commitment to high level service. All STARS undergo our professional front of house and enhanced security awareness training as well as completing Deaf and Disability Awareness training for complete Diversity and inclusion service delivery. Other training includes but is not limited to:
- First aid fundmentals training
- Unconscious bias training
- ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training
We also equip our STARS with bespoke training to meet the needs of the organisation they work at. This can include inductions and monitoring repair works – whatever you need.
