All STARS undergo our professional front of house and enhanced security awareness training. We also give them bespoke training to meet the needs of the organisation they work at. This can include all kinds of things, such as conducting inductions and monitoring repair works – whatever you need.


Throughout a STARS’ time with your organisation,through continual engagement, training and development we retain them on your behalf. This includes monthly calls to ensure they are up to date on business focus, training, legislation, and any current affairs that are relevant to their role. Unique to Securitas, you’ll find STARS quickly become essential members of your team.
