๐ Experienced CCTV Controller โ Samlesbury
๐ท ยฃ16.07 per hour | โฐ 12-Hour Shifts | 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights
๐ Permanent Role with Securitas
MUST HAVE MIN 1 YEAR CONTROL ROOM EXPERIENCE
As a CCTV Controller you will be the central point of security operations โ monitoring surveillance systems, identifying and escalating incidents, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. From real-time decision-making to using advanced technology, this role is all about staying alert, calm under pressure, and responsive
๐ผ What Youโll Be Doing:
Monitoring CCTV, Access Control, Alarm & Detection Systems
Reporting equipment faults and security incidents accurately and promptly
Overseeing security personnel performance and appearance
Ensuring compliance with company and client protocols
Supporting management with continuous improvement and best practices
Participating in tech trials and promoting user adoption
Qualifications
๐ง What Youโll Bring:
- CCTV Licence and front line licence SG/DS
- minimum 12 months experience in control room environment
- IT skills the use of Office 365 i.e Excel. word
A background in security, contact centre work, or customer-facing roles
Tech-savviness and a genuine interest in learning new systems
Clear communication skills โ written and verbal
A professional, approachable attitude with strong attention to detail
A proactive mindset with a commitment to excellent service
โญ Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Essential):
Valid SIA CCTV Licence
Previous experience in a control room environment
Familiarity with security systems and site layouts
Confidence using software and digital reporting tool
- experience using Pelco system and milestone CCTV software.
