    Community Awards

    Every year we bring our exceptional people together for our prestigious Community Awards to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our officers and our teams.

     

    Celebrating success

    Whether it is for a remarkable act of bravery, an exceptional contribution to the community, or the combined efforts of a tremendous team, in Securitas we like to recognise and celebrate success.

    Nominations across ten categories are judged by our panels of employee judges, and quarterly winners get invited to our annual Community Awards.

     

     

    You make the difference

    We all know how important the little things are. A kind act, a thoughtful gesture, taking a little more care or a little more time when the pressure is on. Saying thank you means such a lot, which is why our managers go out of their way to reward our officers with local You make the difference awards. As a thank you, our officers might receive shopping vouchers, a shift enhancement, a bonus or a commission (depending on their role).

    Purpose Award

    Being a subject close to his heart, the Purpose Award is selected and presented in person by Shaun Kennedy, Securitas UK Country President, every month.

    The award is to recognise and reward an individual who not only has demonstrated their commitment to the Securitas Purpose, but lives and breathes it too.

    A winner and runner-up will be selected from sources such as: people working on our sites, feedback from team leaders and Workplace.
