While the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to have a significant impact on our daily lives, we want you to know that our specialist teams remain fully committed to supporting you and your security systems, safely.
We're continually reviewing our Health and Safety procedures to ensure we're doing all we can to protect you and our employees in line with the latest guidance. This is particularly important when arranging site visits - whether we are visiting you to install a new system, carry out routine maintenance or respond to a call out request.
We have prepared a COVID-19 safety notice for our clients, which explains the extra measures we have put in place to ensure we can visit you in a safe manner. These measures include increased use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a requirement to verify your health prior to our Engineer entering your site.
